Get Creativity Flowing Without Judgement
We teach design thinking, ideation, and brainstorming. Using a “Yes And” mindset, we help your team push past roadblocks and self-editing so the best ideas flourish.
Think and brainstorm more creatively
Kick off your projects without roadblocks. Surface better ideas from everyone. Think big, not small. Improv’s collaborative Yes, And… mindset pairs perfectly with Design Thinking, helping teams generate better ideas quickly, flexibly, and without judgment.
Your team will learn how to:
Generate ideas freely
Silence the early-stage “editors” and critics
Move past roadblocks with confidence
Build on each other’s contributions
Fail early, often, and gracefully
Encourage more voices to speak up
Think beyond the box
Winnow creative thinking into actionable tactics
Our dynamic Design Thinking module will energize your team, empower more voices, and unlock more innovative thinking.

Absolutely! Introverts love our training because it’s all about listening and observing, something that introverts are expert in. There is no performing or being put on the spot in front of the group, ever.
Shy engineers and number-crunchers love our training because the exercises can feel like problem-solving. We teach how to reverse-engineer communication. It’s not touchy-feely or woo woo.
Best of all our training helps your organization create space for the quiet, shy, members of the team, so they can be heard too.
