In It to Win It

Inspired by the hit NBC-TV show, now a corporate Team Building event! 

The In It To Win It program is one of TeamBonding’s original and most popular corporate team building events based on the popular TV show – Minute to Win It. We organize employees into teams who compete for a grand championship prize. We build ten simple but nerve-wracking games that increase in difficulty as the points increase. With 60 seconds on the clock, the pressure builds, and team pride is on the line!

Teams will partake in a thirty-minute “training camp” to practice challenges and prepare for games to begin. Your group will then battle their way through ten gut-wrenching challenges that will progressively increase in difficulty. BUT… don’t forget about the ticking clock, as each team is given only 60 seconds to complete each task. Our engaging MC/facilitator will commentate on all of the challenges along the way, building the excitement through humor and music.  Excitement, drama and competitive spirit are all part of the mix, as the challenges heat up and the teams have a blast!

At the end of all ten contests, teams will be ranked based off of the amount of points they had been awarded through out the competition. Winning teams will face each other in grand championship, where they will be cheered-on by the remaining teams.

This event can be "station-based", where teams move through the different challenges, or played simultaneously by each group. We'll let you know the advantages of each.

This program can be customized to include games unique to your organization or access to our vault of games, all of which can be tailored to your specific needs and goals. A sure-fire winner, In It To Win It works as both a complementary event to a company dinner or meeting, or as a stand-alone event for your employees or clients.

Tools for Schools

The Tools For Schools program is a fun, interactive, and productive way to not only bring your team closer together, but unite them toward a common goal of helping your local community. School supplies can be expensive, especially for middle and high school students. Tools For Schools provides an easy way for your team to help make a difference in your own community.

This hands-on team building event challenges your teams to fill a backpack with vital school supplies, including notebooks, pencils, erasers, and more. But it’s not as easy as picking up the items and putting them in the bag – your teams need to earn their items through creative mental and physical team challenges that require teamwork, effective communication, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get involved. With so many different ways to have fun and earn supplies for the backpacks for the kids, there’s something for everyone on every team to do. The group can only be successful by working together, communicating effectively, identifying strengths of team members, and focusing on their mission – helping the children.
