Church Group Workshops
Many
faith-based organizations have brought ComedySportz shows to their events; some
bring ComedySportz teachers in to enhance their drama groups, youth groups,
singles groups and pastoral efforts. We’ve even done teambuilding for large
groups of pastors from single churches and many churches.
Our
shows are in constant demand with religious groups because of our reputation
for clean, wholesome comedy. We teach in
the same spirit, bringing a set of performance values that mirror your values:

Our
teachers are experienced; we have them teach our team and internal workshops
long before we send them to you. Many have done hundreds of workshops and
thousands of performances.
We
can teach at your location, or, in some cases, at our arena in NW Portland.
For
single workshops in 2007, our rates are:
- $10
per participant per hour, with a minimum of $250.
- There
is a modest travel fee for groups outside of the Portland Metro Area.
- For
groups above 40 participants, please call or e-mail us.
Our 12-14 hour Weekend Intensive in Improvisation is available specifically for
Church-based Drama Groups:
- $150
per participant
- minimum
of 8 people
- Limit
of 20 people
