Our Side Projects and Groups

Our talented improvisational actors also appear in a number of spin-off groups that perform scripted and unscripted shows in our After Hours shows.

ComedySportz Portland's Side Projects:

The Magic of the Theater - Curt Frye demonstrates the skills theater
professionals use to create what you see on stage, with a little help from
the art of magic.

Screaming Mee-Mees - musical improv, currently performing 30-40 minute rock operas. With harmonies. Completely improvised from the keyboard up.

Shakesprov - improv in the style of the greatest dead playwright.

Your Other Left - our first side project, this group explores a variety of longer format shows.

Green with Andy - a crazy duo performing 30 scenes in 30 minutes!

Kent and Phil Do It All - two veteran improvisors bring it on.
