Gilda's Club is a resource club for folks with cancer and their families,
named after the late Gilda Radner, and it's also the national charity
for the World Comedy League. Gilda's Club is a place of healing, hope
and support for people living with cancer and those who love them. Each
year, we do benefit shows in our own cities. We've done a variety of
shows and other projects to help the Gilda's Club cause, and to date,
our contributions are well over the $5000 mark. ComedySportz-Portland
was named to the honorary board of this wonderful organization in 1998.
Gilda's Club of Seattle purchased
their clubhouse in early 2001, and it's now open and serving members
at 1400 Broadway in Seattle!
